What are antagonistic muscle pairs
They are muscles that work oppositely to each other
E.g bicep, tricep

It is a liquid in between your joints that stop them from rubbing

It is mostly found in your joints and it protects the end if your bones from rubbing together.

A cell is kind of like the building blocks of life.

An organism is a group of millions of cells that make something that is living
Nucleus
The nucleus stores all the genetic information in the cell
Tissue
Tissue is a specialised group of cells that work together to do a certain job
Organ
An organ is something that is made up of different tissues and it performs a special job that it us designed to do.

It is a group of organs working together

A joint that allows no movement
Ball and socket joint
A type of joint that allows lots of movement
Hinge joint
A joint that allows movement in one direction
