Here, Shakespeare shows that Caesar doesn’t like to be de - masculinised and wants to appear as manly as he can in to show his power, even after clear omens and advice of his death. Here shakspear shows that Caesar is more concerned with coming across as brave a fearless in front of the croud than heeding expert advice.
How does the repeat of ‘Brutus is an honourable man’ make the plebians question how hounarable he is.
The constant repeat makes it more sarcastic every time eventually making the plebians question it.
