What is National Living Wage
The minimum amount all working people aged 25 or over should earn
What is Nationa Minimum Wage
This is the minimum amount younare paid each hour,for most workers over school leaving age.
Working Time Directive
People cannot be expected to work for more than 48 hours a week.

What is a tip
Money given to someone by a customer to say thank you for good service (they may be shared between employees)
What is service charges
An amount of money added to a customer’s bill to reward the employees who have given the customer a good service
