Fire on ground during start

  1. Continue cranking
  2. Power 1700 rpm for a few minutes.
  3. Shutdown inspect for damage
    If engine fails to start
  4. Throttle full
  5. Mixture cutoff
  6. Continue cranking
  7. Obtain fire extinguisher
  8. Master magneto fuel selector off
  9. Extinguish fire
  10. Inspect for damage
