  1. If ALT NAV source(s) are available, select NAV2 and use ALT source(s)
  2. If no ALT source(s) are available, climb to EMER safe alt./fly to known VMC conditions
  3. COM - VHF2 and UHF
  4. XPDR - Select XPDR2 (if installed), NORM and set M3 code
  5. Reset NAV1/GPS C/B
  6. If GTN restarts, depress CANCLE if database update screen is presented.
