Emergency Evacuation Flow
STOP
CONFIGURE
SHUTDOWN
EVACUATE
Configure
OUTFLOW VALVE switches (both)…MAN
OUTFLOW VALVE MANUAL switches (both)…Push to OPEN and hold until outflow valve displays show fully open to depressurize the airplane
Shutdown
FUEL CONTROL switches (both)…CUTOFF
Engine fire switches (Both)…Pull
APU fire switch…Override and pull
If an engine or APU fire warning light is illuminated: - illuminated fire switch…Rotate to the stop and hold for 1 second.
Evacuate
Notify flight attendants “EASY VICTOR” three times.
Notify flight attendants “THIS IS THE CAPTAIN, EVACUATE, EVACUATE.”
- EVAC COMMAND switch…ON
Advise the tower.
CAPTAIN DUTIES:
- Forward door area
- Assist with evacuation
- Ensure all passengers off aircraft
- Exit from the rear
- Take smoke hood and flashlight
FIRST OFFICER duties:
- Exit from the forward exits
- Assist with evacuation
Assemble the passengers and crew 300 feet off the nose or tail

CREW AND CABIN COMMUNICATION
IDENTIFICATION/ELIMINATION

Oxygen Masks
Don oxygen masks, if needed.
Crew and Cabin Communication
Establish crew and cabin communications. - Direct FAs:
- Inspect cabin
- Move passengers
- ATC…Notify
Identification/Elimination
SMOKE, FIRE, OR FUJMES checklist
- IFE/PASS SEATS switch…Off, or
- Advise the cabin to turn off the main IFE switch. - RECIRCULATION FANS switches (both)…Off - APU BLEED AIR switch…Off
