- 50% glucose 50mL

Glucojuice or 5-7 dextrose tablets

Moderate:
1. 2 tubes of glucose gel squeezed into mouth
2. 50ml/hr of 20% IV glucose

Severe:
1. Stop IV insulin if in place
2. 100ml 20% glucose over 10-15mins
3. 1mg IM glucagon
