5mg nebulised salbutamol given with oxygen

Hydrocortisone 100mg IV
Prednisolone 40mg PO

Insulin and dextrose, calcium gluconate and salbutamol

30ml IV 10% calcium gluconate over 5 minutes

10-20mg nebulised

10% dextrose 50ml IV every minute until patient conscious/250ml given
