Indications

A

All patients MUST be discussed with on-call consultant before administration

GCS <14 with primary pathology thought to be ICH
AND
(Confirmed or good clinical suspicion of anticoagulation with warfarin plus INR confirmed and documented on NPT <2
OR
Confirmed anticoagulation with NOAC)

Patients on warfarin with INR <2 should be discussed with on-call Cons
