- CMP (to assess liver involvement, renal function, elevated Ca suggesting other type of cancer)
- Urinalysis (assess proteinuria, hematuria)
- CBC with diff (to assess for anemia)

CT/MRI of abdomen and chest to assess for metastatic disease

What is the best initial management for a pt with isolated benign and recurrent headaches (not malignancy/ trauma/ infectious related)?
- IV placement and IVFs
- anti-emetic with anti-headache properties (Reglan/ Metoclopromide; Prochlorperazine/ Compazine)
- Sumatriptan 6 mg IM (if migraine and no help with #2)
- DHE (not if triptan used in last 24 hr) with anti-emetic
