1. Apply full throttle thrust, disconnect ATS
2. Rotate at Vr but not later than 600m remaining
3. After liftoff, rotate to 15° pitch
4. Retract gear and flap as per normal takeoff

Windshear recovery during approach.

1. Apply full throttle thrust, disconnect ATS
2. Pitch to 12° nose up
3. Respect the stick shaker
4. When climb is sustained, flap and gear as per normal go around.
