A physician is Free to choose whom he will serve, refuse calls and other medical services. However always respond to any request for his assistance in an emergency.
In case of emergency where immediate action is required a physician should atleast give first aid treatment and then refer the patient to more qualified and competent physician if the case does not fall within his particular line.
