Do you often write (or, send) emails?
Yes, one major part of my job is dealing with emails. I usually respond to other departments emails. I’ve almost spend my time handling with them.
What do you write about?
Most of the times I write official emails to my manager, colleagues or other departments in my work.
Do you think emails are useful?
Yes, | think that emails are very useful. Emails are convenient, timesaving, cost-effective and easy to send and receive. These days, emails are a good way to communicate for both formal and informal purposes.
What kinds of emails do you send and receive?
Most of my sent emails are those I sent officailly to my correspondants in my my workd, including my manager, colleagues & other departments. But, I have alomost terenmendous amounts of spam emails received which are mostly promotional or emails advertising various shopping websites or products.
Do you think it is a good thing that some companies send out letters/spam emails for the purpose of advertising?
- To be honest, I become frustrated everytime I receive one of those annoying spams who tell that I won a lottary. They are almost fishing sites and burglars that want to retrieve and empty your account. I don’t trust to emails based advertisement & I think companies should considere another alternatives.
think sending spam emails for the purpose of advertising is a good marketing strategy and promotes a product or a service.
However, it sometimes becomes a nuisance when it is sent repeatedly.
