- Clot in mesentary (eg AFib pt)
- low flow state (eg pt in ICU with multple pressors, hypotensive)

what sizes matter?
A
>2cm and sxs to suggest AAA rupture–immediate surgery c/s
2-5cm, no sxs–needs outpt f/u
5cm, no sxs–immediate surgery c/s with close monitoring
