(3) High usage items that affect readiness of a unit, such as voltage regulators, weapons parts, and radio handsets.

The minimum quantity is the minimum on-hand that can be on-hand before auto replenishment takes place. This means the quantity on-hand must fall below the Min before auto-replenishment takes place.
What is the Maximum Quantity (Max)?
The maximum quantity is the allowance or the 30-day requirement.
