Commission/Bonus will be calculated each period and will be paid subject to the following criteria:
Total commission/bonus amount paid will be the difference of the total commission/bonus amount (total of sales commission/bonuses plus non-pay plan bonuses, if applicable) and total hourly pay (clocked hourly earnings plus overtime/double time premium). If commission/bonus earnings do not exceed total hourly pay, no commission/bonus amount will be owed.
