If any applicant is convicted of a felony involving forgery, embezzlement, obtaining money under false pretense, extortion, conspiracy to defraud, fraud or similar offenses, how long does the applicant have to wait before being eligible to get a license?

Answer 1

10 years. Any applicant convicted of a felony involving any of those offenses shall not be able to obtain a license within 10 years of the completion of the criminal sentence

What requirements must be met for an application to apply for provisional sales associate license?

Must be of good moral character, 18 years of age, and complete 90 clock hours of approved study, or it’s equivalent to apply for provisional sales associate license.

What are the requirements needed to apply to be a broker or broker associate?

Answer 3

Must be a licensed realtor for two years before applying for your brokers license. To apply as a broker or broker associate, you must have had 2 of the past 5 years experience and 90 clock hours of advanced study or it’s equivalent.

Nonresidents must successfully complete the applicable Oklahoma State portion of the state exam
