What is the Exposition
The introduction of characters, settings, and initial conflict

The events leading up to the peak of tension and plot, and building the story

The peak of tension

The story is being told from the perspective of the main character, using “I” when narrating
What is 3rd person limited point of view
The story is being seen through the eyes of a particular character, the narrator only reveals their thoughts and is not the character himself/herself, typically using “he/she” when narrating
What is omniscient point of view

A character who doesn’t develop or have some characteristic that never changes

A character who have development, and have characteristic that changes for better or for worse by the end
