Indecent Exposure

Enticement of a Child.

Enticiing, persuading or attempting to persuade a child under 16 years old to enter a vehicle, building or secluded place with intent to commit a sex crime.

Unlawful intentional touching or applying force to the clothed or unclothed intimate part of a minor or causing the minor to touch one’s intimate parts. The Circumstances of the crime dictate the degree of the offense.
Criminal Sexual Contact

Intentional touching or applying of force without consent to unclothed intimate parts of another. The Circumstances of the crime dictate the degree of the offense.
Criminal Sexual Penetration

Unlawful and intentional causing of a person to engage in sexual intercourse, anal intercourse, or oral sex or cause the penetration to any extent and with any object of the genital or anal openings of another. The circumstances of the crime will indicate the degree of the offense.
Robbery
30-16-2
Theft of anything of value from the person of another by the use or threatened use of force or violence. The presence of a deadly weapon increases the penalty. Second and subsequent armed robberies carry an increased penalty.
