A type of radiation I.e. light energy in which electric and magnetic fields vary simultaneously (hence, electro-magnetic)

What form does light energy come in? Such as what?
A
many forms that are not detectable with our eyes such as radio waves, microwaves, infrared (IR), ultraviolet (UV) rays, X-rays, and gamma rays.
