Calcium gluconate 10% 10 mL over 5 minutes
repeat in 10 minutes if ECG changes persist

Insulin 10 units actrapid + 10% glucose 500 mL Iv over 60-120 min

Salbutamol 10 mg in 4 mL NaCl 0.9% nebs over 10 min
