. Two votes:
a) one for constituency member
b) one for a party list
. Used in scottish parliament and london assembly

. Plurality system
. candidate only needs a one vote majority to win
. used in uk general elections
Closed Party List
. Vote for party
. seats are in proportion to votes per constituency
. used in European Parliament election
