Lateral humerus supraepicondyler line, adjacent intermuscular septum
Lateral, distal end of radius

Long head: Inferoglenoid tubercle Medial head: Posterior Humerus Lateral head: Posterior humerus

Lateral epicondyle of the humerus
Olecranon, posterior and proximal ulna
What are the Pronator Teres attachments
Humeral head: medial epicondyle, supraepicondylar ridge
Ulna head: Coronoid process (medially)
Lateral mid-shaft of radius
What are the Pronator Quadratus attachments
Linear ridge, distal and anterior surface of ulna
Distal and anterior radius
What are the Supinator attachments
Superficial head: Lateral epicondyle and radial collateral and annular ligaments
Deep head: Supinator crest on ulna
Superior to the anterior oblique line of the radius
