A literal interpretation of a passage is concerned too much with stating the obvious and does not convey any inferences or original thinking of the reader

When a reader carefully answers all parts of tbe question and clearly connects his ideas, fully making his point

A very professional and proper way of writing that sounds very factual; the correct way to sound when you are writing an essay!

A very casual way of writing that uses slang or everyday/conversational language; the wrong way to write an essay!

Usually the last sentence of an essay introduction which identifies the main focus of an essay
