Tx with CPR, epinephrine or vasopressin you can then give epi Q 3-5 min

Defibrillate; amiodarone lidocaine, epinephrine
5 cycles CPR –> drugs –> defibrillate –> rpt
200-360 joules

With a pulse: check VS, LOC,
stable vs. unstable; are the perfusing or not?
Stable (awake) - Tx with anti-dysrhythmic - (amiodarone bolus 150mg - 300mg)
Unstable (unconscious) : cardiovert with shock - needs to be synchronized
