A
  1. Consideration of activity and sites
    - describing technical performance and method
    - aim, scope, project definition
  2. Principles and brief assessment
    - follow laws and principles
    - prediction of impacts and assessment of significance
  3. Field sampling/data collection
    - collect data and describe conditions and values
  4. Outlines of EIA
    - Review literature
  5. Public meeting
    - present project at public meeting, get feedback, commubnicate with competent interests
  6. Concideration
  7. Adjustments until approven
    - adjust until the EIA is approven
    - assure quality

Process for stakeholders, can hear different perspectives, throughout the EIA
