A Dynasty is a family that rules over a country/empire for a certain time period.
What are the “Old, Middle, and New Kingdoms”?
The “Old, Middle, and New Kingdoms” are certain time periods in Ancient Egypt divided up by the 31 dynasties.
What are Hieroglyphics?
Hieroglyphics is the written language used in Ancient Egypt.
What is the importance of the Nile River to Egypt?
The importance is that without the Nile River, there would be no Egypt.
Who is Amon-Re?
Amon-Re was the Egyptian god of the Sun.
Who is Anubis?
Anubis is the Egyptian god of Mummification.
Who is Osiris?
Osiris is the Egyptian god of the dead.
