with a very rapid onset, ego death is common and some report it as overwhelming merging with the infinite - some feel as if they are physically dying, and become overcome with fear
5-MeO-DMT
can produce hallucinogenic effects and out-of-body experiences - some report near-death sensations of separating from the body or being teleported. can be spiritually significant or frightening
