Q

“See Something, Say Something.”

A

If you are comfortable saying something in the moment, intervene on the side of equity and inclusion when you see discriminatory and harassing behavior. Having honest conversations can create teachable moments that will foster a safe and welcoming work environment. If you fall victim to discrimination, harassment, or retaliation, file a complaint by filling out form EEO-0004 and sending it to Ask.EEO@dot.ca.gov.
