1) Ampicillin-Sulbactam
2) Ceftriaxone + Metronidazole
3) Clindamycin + Levofloxacin

Needle Aspiration + Amoxicillin-Clavulanic Acid OR Clindamycin

-IV Amphotericin B + Surgical Debridement
Acute Otitis Media
1) Amoxicillin x 10 days
2) Amoxicillin-Clavulanic Acid, Cefdinir, Cefpodoxime
3) Azithromycin, Clarithromycin (PCN Allergy)
Chronic Otitis Media
Ofloxacin or Ciprofloxacin
Otitis Externa
Ciprofloxacin-Dexamethasone, Ofloxacin
Uveitis
Topical Glucocorticoids
Orbital Cellulitis
Admission + IV ABX (Vanco + Ceftriaxone, Cefotaxime, Clindamycin, Piperacillin-Tazobactam, Ampicillin-Sulbactam)
Bacterial Conjunctivitis
- Erythromycin Ointment
- Trimethoprim-Polymyxin B
-If they wear contacts: Ciprofloxacin, Ofloxacin
