Announce “No smoking, oxygen being administered.” ensure compliance. Request for medical assistance if needed.
Secure oxygen bottle to self while transporting, then transfer to PAX/PAX’s companion. empty seat.
Turn on oxygen bottle. by rotating know CCW check the flow. (Airbus select flow rate)
Wipe PAX mouth. remove any mineral or oils to avoid burns when o2 is administered.
Apply o2 mask over the nose and mouth.
Notify FFA. who will notify PIC. O2 has been administered. ask him to call medlink.
Monitor the o2 bottle and the PAX’s symptoms and vital signs.
