these are individuals watching the event, they may require information accessing and using resources as well as safety infomation , where toilets and food and waster are and also what to do in emergency situation .

these are used to convey information and provide instruction, rthey shpould have minimal info and be clear and easy to see, they should be displayed in a safe and appropriate place.
formal presentations
when the user group attends a location on a specific date and time to listen to a speaker , talking about the use of facility or activity resource. they can include multi media, interaction , presentsation , it may be time consuming to people but could have strong benefits
social media
is a quick online way to get info accross, it may be easy but can rule out a number of clients
an email is a direct inbox to a client and is cost effective but can rule out some clients especially older.
