When should you suspect that there may be an ECTOPIC PREGNANCY in the patient’s midst?

A

If lab tests shows: B-hCG < 1500, and absence of gestational sac in transvaginal usg.

If lab tests show: B-hCG 2-3000 and THicK endometrium + absence of gestational sac in transvaginal usg, you can be SURE(?) there is an ectopic pregnancy
