What is the process of Nitrification?
The conversion of ammonia into nitrites.
What is the process of Denitrification?
The conversion of nitrates into nitrogen.

A range of different species in a community
What does a decomposer do?
They recycle and break down material for the ecosystem to use.
What is Photosynthesis?
The process of plants using sunlight, water, and carbon dioxide to create oxygen and energy in the form of sugar (glucose).

A diagram showing the total mass of organisms at each stage of the food chain.
What are producers?
Producers are the source of food for primary consumers.
