What is an ecosystem?
A
It is made up of all living organisms that interact with one another in a defined area, and also the physical factors present in that region.
They are dynamic (constantly changing).

How does light affect an ecosystem? (abiotic)
A
Most plants are directly affect by light availability as light is required for photosynthesis.
The greater the availability of light, the greater the success of a plant species.

How does temperature affect an ecosystem? (abiotic)
A
The greatest affect is enzymes controlling metabolic reaction.
Changes in temperature can trigger migration patterns in some animal species, and hibernation in others. In plant species it will trigger leaf-fall, dormancy and flowering.
