What was the problem with peasants work?
There was no incentive.
Thebkeasants had nothing to work for as they were supposed to get a share in the profits on the farm at the end of the year but there were never any profits.
How did they practice passive resistance on the newly created kolkhozes?
Apathy, neglect and petty insubordination.
What was set up near groups of kolkhoz?
MTS (motor tractor stations)
What did the MTS provide?
Communal access to machinery such as tractors and combined harvesters, as well as other mechanical tools.
What we’re the issues with MTS?
There were major issues with breakdowns due to poor quality of industrial output, but for many farms it was the only access to Mechanical tools.
