PRI none
QRS - normal
17
Q

What are the markers for a First degree Block?

A

Ellongated… caused by a delay in conduction at the AV node.

Q

What are the markers for Accelerated Juntional Rhythm

A
Rate 60-100
Rhythm- Reg
P-waves Inverted or absent
PRI Normal or absent
QRS Normal
Increase in the Automaticity in the AV Junction
Results from ischemia at the AV Junction
21
Q

What are the markers for Junctional Tachycardia

A
Rate 100 plus
Reg
Pwaves None or inverted
PRI None or normal
QRS normal
22
Q

What are the Differences between PAC, PJC and PVC

A
  • A PAC is when you have another full contraction (heartbeat) (P, QRS, T) that starts right after you have already have a full contraction (heartbeat) (P, QRS, T).
    • A PVC, you will have a QRS complex that is greater than 0.12 seconds.
    • A PJC is a QRS complex that is 0.12 seconds or less, but does not have a P wave.
23
Q

What are the markers of V-tach

A
Rate 100-250
Rhythm- Regular
P-waves, often not present
PRI None
QRS- wide
24
Q

what are the Markers of V-Fib

A
Rate - None
Rhythm none
P-waves, None
PRI - None
QRS- Irratic

26
Q
