A

Ventricular Tachy
Sinus Tachy with LBBB

QRS complexes become wide due to abnormal ventricular depolarisation

R wave progression present (V1-V6)?
Pathlogical Q waves?
Normal electrical axis? (Between -30 to 90 deg)
