Chest/bak/abdo pain suspicion of cardiaac ischaemia SOB reduced GCS Hyperkalaemia pre-op

A
peri- and post-cardiorespiratory arrest, peri- and post-MI, hyperkalaemia, unstable arrhythmias, cardioversion, administration of certain drugs

A
25mm/s speed and 10mm/mV height

Patient refusal
Patient contaminated with substance toxic to operator
