ecg procedure for dextocardia ?
always run 2 ecgs, first one normal sensor placement, second one with all sensors reversed on right side; telememed comment: reversed v1-v6, dextocardia
2 types of artefact ?

Some solutions for wonderbaseline artefacts ?
