Atypical lymphocytosis
- absolute lymphocyte count > 4500
- atypical morphology > 10% atypical
EBV heterophile (antibodies produce by external antigen) antibodies (PAUL BUNNEL TEST)

Rx?
A
Supportive
- paracetamol + NSAIDs
- adequate fluid and nutrition
- adequate rest
Corticosteroids if severe
