Reasons for cancelled tests

A
  1. Test number result displayed not the same as test number or result printed out
  2. If confirmation test done before 15 minute wait period is completed
  3. No air blank done before confirmation test or result of blank is not zero
  4. EBT does not print confirmation test results
  5. If accuracy check fails
  6. If test is uncompleted
