Adults: Breath under 250 - Okay 250-400 - Infringement fee $200 50D 400+ - 3mnths/$4500 or DQ 6months Blood under 50mg - Okay 50 - 80mg - Infringement fee $200 50D 80-100mg - 3mnths/$4500 or DQ 6months Youth: Breath Zero - Okay 150 or less - Infringement fee $200 50D 150 or more - 3mnths/$4500 or DQ 6months Blood Zero - Okay 30 or less - Infringement fee $200 50D 30 or more - 3mnths/$4500 or DQ 6months

Understand procedures to the ten-minute period:
After positive test and lawyer if wanted you must give them 10mns to decide if they want bloods to be safe 12min so they cant dispute.
Understand procudures in the event of a driver refusing or failing to provide a breath or blood alcohol sample.

- Blows over 400 or bloods over 80 and has been convicted for any relevant offence within last 4 years.
Understand situations in which licenses must be suspended under sec 96 of LTA 98.

-Blows over 400 or blood over 80 and has 2 previous convictions for any relevant offence within last 4 years.
Understand post-procedure requirements to forbid impaired drivers.
