Evidential Breath Test
OVER 20
401+ = Option to elect blood
251-400 = Infringement Notice
Under 250 = Go

UNDER 20
251-400 = No option to elect blood
1-150 = Option to elect blood

Blood Test = 10mins to decide. If they want blood go straightaway. If they say they don’t, stop the time and restart it OR No blood = go home

Power of arrest for:
1.Fails or refuses to give blood when required by an Enforcement Officer
2.Fails or refuses blood when requested by a medical practitioner
