A

EB’s premium and contract administration system. It is used to generate policy numbers and contracts, pay claims, administer premium, and calculate commissions. All policyholders have a record in GAIN. This is also sometimes called the AS400 system.

A

A system that stores images of documents such as contracts, bills, policyholder and employee files, emails, and other records. These files are categorized by policyholder and employee number and can be retrieved for viewing and printing. This system was replaced by AWD, but is still used to access historical information.
