Muscle loss= Low creatinine, week diaphragm muscles causing difficulty breathing
Cardiac muscle loss= Bradycardia, orthostatic hypotension, Weak heart can cause congestive heart failure Which can lead to EDEMA

GNrH normal levels Interrupted due to excessive exercise and low body weight can cause AMMENORRHEA
Gastrointestinal abnormalities= bleating, Nausea, constipation
bone marrow shuts down= WBC LOW ( dampened immune system) RBC LOW (low energy level) LESS PLATELETS ( easy bleeding and bruising)

Skin changes= dry scaly, ‘lanugo
