2. How is the treatment of AN approached?
A
- Body weight 15% lower than usual, Self-induced weight loss, Distorted view of body image (Believe they are Fat), Morbid fear of fatness, Amenorrhoea in women
- On an outpatient basis focused on Family therapy, therapeutic relationship, focus on restoration of weight.

2. How is it treated?
A
- Refers to episodes of uncontrolled excessive eating (binges) followed by self-induced means of losing weight (Vomiting etc).
- Individual CBT, Family therapy, SSRI e.g. Fluoxetine.
