Where do convection currents happen?
Mantel
What layer is mad mostly of rock, soil and water?
Crust
Wha layer mostly consists of liquid?
Outer core
Which layer is 1200km wide aprox.?
Inner core
Which layer is 2900 km wide aprox.?
Mantel
Which layer is 50 km thick?
Crust
Which layer is 2266 km wide aprox.?
Outer core
What layer is mostly made out of iron?
Outer core
What is a Convection Current?
They form because heated fluid expands becoming less dense. Then the less dense heated fluid rises becoming more dense. As it rises it pulls cooler fluid down to replace it. This movement establishes a circular current.
What is the first layer of the atmosphere?
Troposphere
What is the second layer of the atmosphere?
