48Hr
Management of ectopic pregnancy
Expectant - no symptoms and falling B-hCG
Methotrexate - small, no heart beat
Salpingectomy - if shocked

Smoking, Folate deficiency, Past miscarriages, Increased maternal age, NSAIDs, Infection, Foetal abnormalities
