or press down on tragus which will also elicit pain

pain with pressing on tragus or pulling pinna up
Test for auditory acuity
wisper test
keloid
firm nodular hypertropic mass of scar tissue
tophi
deposit of uric acid crystals, chalky white
appears in chronic gout
on ear lobe
